Not Impressed With Kia Carnival? Return With 95% Refund In 30 Days

Kia India has announced a unique ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ with the Carnival MPV. This scheme will allow new Kia Carnival customers to return their MPV to Kia if they are not satisfied with it.

Kia India will take back the Carnival MPV if the customer is not happy with it within 30 days of its purchase. Adding to it, the company will return 95% of the ex-showroom cost and overhead costs incurred for the registration and finances of the vehicle. The new ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is valid on all variants of the Carnival MPV.

Kia India says eligible customers will need to ensure that their Carnival MPV has not crossed 1,500km from the date of purchase. The vehicle should be free from “damages, failures and pending claims.” Adding to it, Kia will require all the documents of the vehicle which should be in the name of the person returning the vehicle. Owners who financed their vehicles will requre to submit an NOC from the financer.

The ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times,” said Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director & CSBO, Kia India.

Launched at the 2020 Auto Expo, the Kia Carnival MPV is available in the price bracket of Rs 24.95 lakh to Rs 33.95 lakh. It is available in 3 variants – Premium, Prestige and Limousine – and in 7-seat, 8-seat and 9-seat configurations. The MPV is powered by a 2.2-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that produces 200bhp of power and 440Nm of torque. It is paired to an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

The 7-seater version of the Kia Carnival gets the standard captain seats for the middle row and the optional ‘Luxury VIP’ seats with individual leg rests. While the 8-seater model comes with four captain seats, the 9-seater version has 6 captain seats.
