Nissan Kicks Variant, Mileage and Colour Details Out!
The Nissan Kicks carline will be spread across four trims – XL, XV, XV Pre and XV Pre-Option.
Brochure of the Nissan Kicks compact SUV has been leaked online ahead of its launch on 22nd January, 2019. The SUV carline will be spread across four trims – XL, XV, XV Pre and XV Pre-Option – with 106bhp, 1.5L petrol and 110bhp, 1.5L diesel engine options. While the petrol variants will come with a 5-speed manual gearbox, the diesel models will get a 6-speed manual transmission.
The brochure also reveals Kicks’ mileage figures. The petrol version of the SUV will deliver ARAI-certified fuel economy of 14.23kmpl, and the diesel model will promise 20.45kmpl. Interestingly, the top-spec diesel variants of the Nissan Kicks will be slightly low on fuel efficiency than the entry-level XL trim. The range-topping XV Pre and Pre-Option diesel variants will return a claimed mileage of 19.39kmpl. The SUV offers a cargo space of 400-litres. Talking about the colour options, the Nissan Kicks’ base model will be offered in seven paint schemes – Bronze Grey, Deep Blue Pearl, Pearl White, Amber Orange, Blade Silver, Fire Red and Night Shade. The dual-tone shades will be reserved for the top-spec XV Pre-Option trim, namely, Grey and Orange, White and Orange, Red and Black and White and Black. The list of standard features includes LED DRLs, a rear defogger, 16-inch steel wheels with wheel covers, power-adjustable wing mirrors with integrated turn indicators, adjustable front and rear headrests, rear AC vents, automatic climate control, a height adjustable driver’s seat, audio system with four speakers with Aux, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, power windows, rear parking sensors, dual front airbags and ABS with EBD. Features such as LED headlamps, automatic headlamps and wipers, rear fog lamps, an optional contrast finish for the roof, an 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, push-button start, steering-mounted controls, a 360-degree camera, leatherette upholstery, hill-start assist cruise control and four airbags will be restricted to the top-spec XV Pre-Option.
