Japanese automaker, Nissan has revealed a European Kicks based Street Sport concept at the 2019 SEMA Show. Held at Las Vegas, the SEMA Show is an annual modified car and accessories show that attracts renowned car modifier companies around the world.

Called the Nissan Kicks Street Sport, the new model is produced by MA Motorsports with Nissan Motorsports. The design of the Kicks has been transformed using Kicks Color Studio touches and custom pieces from 360 Composites – including an oversize front air dam, rear roof spoiler and side skirts.

MA Motorsports add the wide fender flares that perfectly fit the Volk Racing TE37N 17×18.5 +30 offset wheels mounted with Falken Azenis RT615K +245/45R17 tires. It comes equipped with a custom suspension, which was constructed using a combination of NISMO/Ohlins coil-over shock absorbers.

The Nissan Kicks Street Sport comes equipped with the stock 1.6-litre 4-cylinder engine, which now has been tuned with a custom turbocharger kit. The new system utilizes a Garrett GT2255 turbocharger, Turbosmart diverter valve and UPREV ECU. A custom fabricated NISMO exhaust helps the engine breathe.

Sparco SPX carbon bucket seats anchor the custom interior upholstery. Topping off the Kicks Street Sport project is an attention grabbing body wrap and graphics created by Speed Designs.

For people not in the know, the European-spec Nissan Kicks is based on the Renault-Nissan Alliance’s CMF-A modular platform. The India-spec model is built on the tried & tested Renault’s MO platform that also underpins the Duster and the Captur. The SUV is available in 2 engine options – a 108bhp, 1.5-litre diesel and a 105bhp, 1.5-litre petrol.
