Priced at Rs 15.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Mahindra XUV500 W9 gets host of features including electric sunroof with anti-pinch function

Mahindra & Mahindra, the homegrown UV maker has launched a new W9 variant in the Mahindra XUV500 lineup. The W9 variant is claimed to be equipped with a host of high-end features such as Electric sunroof with Anti-pinch, Reverse Camera with Dynamic Assist, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Industry first Ecosense technology, android auto, emergency call, dual airbags and more. With all these features, the new Mahindra XUV500 W9 variant is priced at Rs 15.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Commenting on the launch of the XUV500 W9 variant, Veejay Ram Nakra, Chief of Sales & Marketing – Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, said, “Since its launch in 2011, the XUV500 has been a pioneer in providing innovative hi-tech features that are not available even in vehicles that are almost double its price. XUV500 W9 trim is available in both manual and automatic transmission. It is the only SUV its league to feature electric sunroof, and with the launch of W9, this feature is now available in 2 variants – W9 and W10. Powering the SUV is the same 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine that is good for 138bhp of power and 330Nm of torque.
