2017 Volkswagen Polo GT TDI seems to be running in its final stage of development, and will soon hit showrooms in India. Folks at Thrustzone spotted an undisguised version of the hatchback wearing red number plates. Since no exterior changes have been made to the car, it looks exactly same as the regular model. The only difference that will be carried by the new VW Polo GT TDI is the updated 1.5-litre TDI diesel engine boosted with a larger turbocharger.
For your information, Volkswagen India recently updated the Vento and Ameo compact sedan with the same powertrain. This updated turbocharged engine delivers 108bhp, while producing 250Nm of torque. Exterior and interior, as mentioned above, will remain unchanged. The car will continue come with all the features offered on the standard model including Bluetooth, AUX, USB and Mirror link with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, steering mounted controls, fully electronic mirrors, climate control, parking sensors, day and night electric IRVM, rear ac vents, etc.

2017 Volkswagen Polo GT TDI India Launch Date
