Royal Enfield, today, unveiled the Classic 500 Limited Edition, along with inauguration of its sixth accessories, and apparel store in Delhi. Just so you know, the company has also launched its official online store (e-store) in March 2015 that retails its entire range of gear and accessories.

Scheduled to launch on July 15, 2015, the Royal Enfield Classic 500 Limited Edition will get two new exclusive shades – Desert Storm Despatch and Squadron Blue Despatch, while an additional Battle Green Despatch will be reserved only for the international markets. The bike will also feature a special ‘Limited Edition’ badge.

Classic 500 Limited Edition Blue Despatch

The Limited Edition range of Despatch motorcycles will feature an exclusive signature camouflage pattern, a unique embossed hallmark detailing, a matte black paint on engine, exhaust and silencer and genuine Italian leather seats with a classic leather buckle strap to hold the air filter box.

Powering the Classic 500 limited edition will be the same 499cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, twin-spark engine that also does duty to the regular model. It develops a maximum power of 27.2bhp at 5, 250rpm, while producing a peak torque of 41.3Nm at 4,000rpm. This powertrain is paired to a 5-speed transmission that helps the bike to return a fuel economy of 32kmpl. The Classic 500 is capable to achieve a top speed of 131kmph. It features a telescopic and a twin gas charged shock absorbers suspension on front and rear axles respectively.

Classic 500 Limited Edition Desert Storm Despatch

Only 200 units of the Classic 500 limited edition will be sold in the country. The price of the Royal Enfield Classic 500 Limited Edition will be revealed after its launch on 15th July.
