New Maruti Ertiga Details Revealed In New Teaser Videos
The new-generation Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will go on sale on 24th Noevember.
Maruti Suzuki has dropped multiple teaser videos of the second-generation Ertiga MPV on its official Youtube channel. The latest videos show the new chrome studded front grille, new projector headlamps and 3D taillamps with LED of the vehicle. The carmaker also confirmed that the new Maruti Ertiga 2018 will feature a sculpted dashboard with wooden finish and comfortable 2rd row and recliner 3rd row seats.
One of the teasers reveals that the new Maruti Ertiga 2018 will get K15 petrol engine with progressive smart hybrid technology. The new 1.5L gasoline motor, borrowed from the Ciaz facelift, makes power worth 105bhp. The updated model, however, will retain the existing 1.3L diesel engine.
New Maruti Ertiga 2018 Teasers
We have reported earlier that the new Maruti Ertiga 2018 will come in 10 variants (petrol – Lxi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+ and diesel – Ldi, VCi, ZDi and ZDi+) spread across four trims. A 5-speed manual gearbox will standard across all variants, while a 4-speed automatic transmission will be reserved for the VXi and ZXi petrol trims.
In order to enhance its safety quotient, Maruti Suzuki will make the dual front airbags and ABS (anti-lock braking system) with EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution) as standard safety fitments on the new Maruti Ertiga 2018 model lineup. The new Maruti Ertiga 2018 is ready to hit showrooms on November 21, 2018. The MPV can be pre-booked at a token amount of Rs 11,000 across all Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships in the country. The carmaker has confirmed that deliveries of the vehicle will begin by the end of November only.
