New Maruti Ciaz Facelift Variant And Colour Details Revealed

The new Maruti Ciaz 2018 facelift will come in 11 variants and 7 metallic colour schemes.

The variant and colour details of the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz facelift have been surfaced on the web. As per the leaked information, the new Ciaz will come in a total of 11 variants (7 petrol and 4 diesel) and two engine options. The conventional 5-speed manual gearbox is standard across the carline, while a 4-speed automatic transmission will be offered only on select petrol trims (Delta, Zeta and Alpha).

The Indo-Japanese carmaker will offer 7 metallic shades on the new Maruti Ciaz 2018 facelift, namely, Nexa Blue, Metallic Premium Silver, Pearl Midnight Black, Metallic Magma Gray, Pearl Metallic Dignity Brown, Pearl Sangria Red and Pear Snow White. Read – Maruti Grand Vitara SUV India Launch On The Cards

New Maruti Ciaz Teasers

The petrol version of the sedan will make use of an all-new K15B 1.5-litre motor that’s good for 103bhp and 138Nm of torque. The diesel models, on the other hand, will be propelled by the same Fiat-sourced D13A 1.3-litre unit producing 89bhp and 200Nm of torque. While the official mileage figures of the new Maruti Ciaz 2018 facelift are yet to be revealed by the carmaker, the reports suggest that its petrol will deliver a fuel economy of 21.56 kmpl (MT) – 20.28 kmpl (AT). Some of the key changes that will be made to the sedan will include new LED headlamps with LED DRL, new radiator grille, revised front bumper with lower air intake, new alloy wheels, new LED rear combination lamps, lighter faux wood trim, adjustable rear headrests, new instrument cluster with a colour MID and cruise control. The new Maruti Ciaz 2018 facelift is slated to launch on coming 20th August. Ahead of its launch, the official bookings have already been commenced and one can pre-book the sedan by paying a token amount of Rs 11,000.
