Engine setup of the new Hyundai Verna 2020 facelift might include two new powertrains – a 1.5L petrol and a 1.5L diesel. The new gasoline unit will deliver power close to 115bhp with 250Nm of torque, and is likely to be more refined and frugal than the existing 1.6L unit. The new oil burner will be compatible to a 48V hybrid system, thus making it future-ready for 2023. Both powertrains will debut on the Kia SP concept based SUV.
