The new-generation Hyundai Santro is all set to make a comeback on October 23, 2018. Official bookings for the hatchback have already been commenced and there is an introductory offer for the first 50,000 customers of the new Hyundai Santro 2018. Prior to its launch, the prices and interior pictures of the hatchback have been leaked online.
According to a latest report, the new Hyundai Santro 2018 will be made available in price range of Rs 4.4 lakh (for the base variant) and Rs 6.03 lakh (for the range-topping trim), on road. On the other hand, the on-road prices of the Maruti Celerio fall in the range of Rs 4.82 lakh – Rs 5.94 lakh. That means, the base model of the new Santro will be more affordable than the Celerio. Power for the new Hyundai Santro 2018 comes from a 1.1L petrol engine that’s good for 69bhp. The hatchback can be brought either with a 5-speed manual transmission or an AMT (Smart Auto) gearbox.
