Japanese two-wheeler maker, Honda has launched an all-new Honda CB300F motorcycle in the Indian market. The new motorcycle will be exclusively sold through Hondas premium BigWing dealership network. It will sit alongside the brand’s new Honda CB300R and the CB350 twins.
The new Honda CB300F is offered in two variants – Deluxe and Deluxe Pro – priced at Rs 2,26 lakh and Rs 2.29 lakh respectively (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The motorcycle will come in 3 colour options – Mat Axi Grey Metallic, Mat Marvel Blue Metallic and Sports Red.
Honda Bigwing currently has 100 touchpoints across, which will be doubled by 2025. Interested customers can book the new Honda CB300F at their nearest Honda BigWing Showrooms or online. Powering the new Honda CB300F is a new 293cc oil-cooled 4-valve SOHC engine that produces 24bhp at 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 25.6Nm at 5,500rpm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox with assist slipper clutch and Honda selectable torque control, which brings stability during slippery conditions by ensuring optimum traction.
In terms of proportions, the new Honda CB300F is 2,084mm long, 765mm wide and 1,075mm tall and has a wheelbase of 1,390mm. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 177mm and has a seat height of 789mm. The kerb weight stands at 153kg, while the fuel tank has 14.1-litres capacity.
The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels shod with 110/70 section front and 150//60 section rear tyres. For braking duties, the bike gets 276mm front disc and 220mm rear disc along with dual-channel ABS system. Based on the Diamond-type frame, the motorcycle gets golden USD front forks and monoshock at the rear.
