– New Ford Figo Facelift India Launch Early Next Year – Report
The 2018 Ford Figo will come with the new 1.2L, three-cylinder petrol engine.
Ford India recently introduced the 2018 Aspire facelift with minor design and feature upgrades and a more powerful petrol engine. According to a fresh report, the next big launch from the American carmaker will be the new Ford Figo facelift that will go on sale early next year. In Brazil, the updated Figo hatchback (Ford Ka) was launched in July alongside the new Ford Ka sedan (Aspire).
Similar to the 2018 Aspire facelift, the new Ford Figo will feature the 1.2L, three-cylinder petrol engine from the Dragon family. The gasoline motor produces 95bhp at 6500rpm and 120Nm of torque at 4200rpm. The hatchback will continue to come with the 1.5L petrol and diesel powertrains. Inside, the car is likely to get a new touchscreen infotainment system with SYNC3 compatible to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. For enhancing its comfort quotient, the carmaker will equip the car with heated front seats, new seat upholstery, electronic automatic temperature control. The new interior theme will give it a new look. It will also get rear parking sensors.
