8. Nissan Terrano AMT
Considering the high demand for AMT-equipped models, Nissan India is planning to introduce Easy-R AMT gearbox on its popular SUV – Terrano. The move might help the carmaker generate sales during this festive season. The 110PS diesel version of the SUV will be the only beneficiary of the AMT unit. Currently, the car is available with a 1.6-litre K4M petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that develop 102.5bhp with 145Nm, and 83.8bhp and 108.5bhp with 200NM respectively. Transmission on offer will be a 6-speed Easy-R AMT with front-wheel drive system. Save for the AMT gearbox, no exterior and interior changes will be made to the car.
