7. Tata Hexa
The Tata Hexa SUV made its first public appearance as a concept in 2015 at the Geneva Motor Show, and had its India debut at the 2016 Auto Expo. The upcoming Tata SUV will affect sales of the Honda BR-V, Mahindra XUV500 and other cars in the same league. The production version of the SUV shares resemblance with its concept, and looks quite aggressive and sporty. The home-grown carmaker might offer the Hexa with 6-seat and 7-seat configuration options. The car will also be loaded with several goodies.
The Hexa will be made available only in diesel fuel option. The diesel motor is a 2.2-litre, 4-cylinder VARICOR paired to a 6-speed manual and an AMT gearbox. This oil burner will serve a maximum power of 154.2bhp at 4,000rpm and 400Nm at 1,700rpm, thus making it the most powerful car in its league. The SUV will be supported by a 4WD system with Land Rover’s Terrain Response System and multi-drive modes. Also Read – Festive Discounts & Benefits On Tata Cars Under ‘Har Week Diwali’ Offer
