4. Renault Kwid AMT
Out of all upcoming new car launches during Diwali 2016, the Renault Kwid AMT is surely one of the most awaited ones. The Kwid AMT will come as an option for buyers looking for hassle-free city drivability. Just so you know, Renault India recently introduced the Kwid 1.0L in two grades – RxT and RxT (O) – priced at Rs 3.82 lakh and Rs 3.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. Similar to the 1000cc model, the Kwid AMT will be made available in top-end RxT and RxT (O) trims.
Power source for the Kwid AMT will be the same 1.0-litre Sce petrol engine generating 67bhp and 91Nm. It will get an all-new 5-speed automated manual transmission instead of the regular 5-speed manual unit. The overall design and features of the Kwid AMT will be same as the Kwid 1.0L.
