German luxury carmaker, BMW has launched its high-performance sedan- the new M5 in the Indian car market. This performance model comes as a CBU (Completely Built Unit) route. It is priced at Rs. 1.35 crore (all India ex-showroom).

The new BMW M5 sedan is offered in seven metallic exterior shades- Black Sapphire, Imperial Blue Brilliant Effect, Sakhir Orange, Silverstone, Monte Carlo Blue, Singapore Grey and Space Grey, while the non-metallic shade include Alpine White.
Under the bonnet is the mighty M TwinPower Turbo 8-cylinder petrol unit that churns out a maximum power output of 560bhp and 680Nm of top torque. This model accelerates to 100kmph from standstill in mere 4.3 seconds. Power is transmitted to wheels via a seven-speed M dual-clutch gearbox. It is also available with shift paddles, which makes driving easier.
