Bajaj Auto, the homegrown automaker has showcased the much-awaited Pulsar 150 NS at the 2015 Trade Fair in Istanbul, Turkey. The manufacturer had announced its plans of launching six bikes within six months out of which- the Platina and CT100 has already introduced in India. The other bikes to hit our market are Pulsar 200SS, Pulsar 150Ns and Pulsar 400SS. Here are some clear pictures of the upcoming Pulsar 150 NS published by Bikes India.
The new Pulsar 150 NS shares most of its styling cues from the sibling 200NS. The model showcased in Turkey featured the high visor and it is expected that the bike will get this visor as standard feature. Majority of the changes are given to its rear. The perimeter frame is now fitted with slimmer sub frame, on which a skinny tyre is mounted. The rear mud flap is newly designed and it misses out on trye huger. A half chain cover is offered, while the Saree Guard is mounted.
The new Pulsar 150NS is bigger and has better looks than the outgoing Pulsar 150. It measures 2015mm in length, 800mm in width and 1220mm in height, and it weighs 144kg. The bike features kick starter and electric start as standard. The fuel tank has 12-litre capacity, while the tail features 150 NS decal that confirms that the bike will feature the 150cc engine.
It is powered by the same 149.5cc petrol engine that churns out a maximum power output of 17PS at 9000rpm and a peak torque of 13Nm at 7500rpm.
