New 2021 Honda Amaze Bookings Open at Dealership Level

Honda Cars India is expected to launch the updated Amaze compact sedan on 17th August 2021. Prior to its official arrival, select dealers have started accepting bookings for the vehicle at an initial sum of Rs 5,000. While details of the new 2021 Honda Amaze facelift are yet to be revealed by the carmaker, it’s expected to receive minor cosmetic changes and feature upgrades. Noticeable design changes are likely to be made at the front end. The new 2021 Honda Amaze facelift might carry a new grille, revised bumper and newly-designed LED headlamps. Save for the new set of alloy wheels, the side profile is expected to remain unchanged. The rear bumper and taillamp assembly might also be revised. With the mid-life update, Honda’s compact sedan could get new colour schemes. At present, the Amaze comes in a choice of five colour options – Modern Steel Metallic, Golden Brown Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Platinum White Pearl and Radiant Red.

A few updates will be made inside the cabin as well. The new Honda Amaze 2021 could have a revised dashboard and new upholstery along with a new touchscreen infotainment system. The compact sedan’s existing model comes packed with the steering mounted voice controls, reverse camera, cruise control, keyless go with push button start, automatic climate control, a 7-inch multi info display, height adjustable driver’s seat and many more goodies. As mentioned above, the new 2021 Honda Amaze facelift will continue to feature the same engine setup that does duty to the existing model. The latter one comes with a 1.2L i-VTEC petrol and a 1.5L i-DTEC diesel motor delivering power worth 89bhp with 110Nm and 99bhp with 200Nm respectively. Both engines can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox.
