New Volkswagen Polo facelift

German car manufacturer Volkswagen has officially unveiled the updated version of Polo at the Geneva Motor Show. The new Polo hatchback looks identical to the ongoing model, however it get some exterior tweaks to keep fresh in the market. The updated Polo is also likely to make its Indian debut by the festive season.

The front fascia of the hatchback gets redesigned bonnet, and lots of chrome that flows across the grille bottom of the fog lamps. It also features a new bumper, tail lights and alloy wheels as well. The headlamps of the revised Polo get LED treatment, which is the most visible update given to the car.

Inside the cabin, the Volkswagen Polo comes equipped with an updated dashboard. It now features a new restyled instrument panel with a colour display, and a new infotainment system. Adding to it, the hatchback also comes loaded with several advanced features such as an electro-mechanical steering wheel, an adaptive cruise control, traffic monitoring system, automatic post-collision braking system and many more.

The new Volkswagen Polo gets the new 4-cylinder, 1.5-litre diesel engine which will replace the existing 1.2L 3-pot engine.
