We just can’t keep our eyes off this modified Safari by Bigdaddycustoms from Delhi, that looks dapper in the new livery. While the vivid gold paint job brightens up things on the outside, the new bits added to the exterior inject more aggression to the SUV. Known as the ‘Tusker’, this custom Safari gets a totally transformed front end with the bold Tusker lettering on the bonnet. The old grille has been replaced with a new one featuring black finishing. Even the headlamp cluster has been replaced with a new one which comes with LED units. It looks largely the same form the side save for the custom 16-inch alloy wheels that add to its visual appeal. At the back, Tusker features the mounted spare wheel in line with the typical SUV-ish look. That said, the spare wheel mounted at the back is in tandem with the new alloys wrapped around the fat Latitude Cross 255/65R16 tyres.
On the inside, it gets more premium with the original tan leather upholstery. The leather is used in other bits as well that makes the cabin more upmarket. One must note that the interior is enveloped in a single tone colour scheme, though the wooden trim on the centre console and around door panels match with the interior colour, but it seems a bit of a put off. Overall, Bigdaddycustoms have done complete justice to the Safari. The Delhi based company had earlier rolled out a custom Safari, dubbed ‘Moonrover’.
