Lynx Modified RE Thunderbird

Lazybone Motorcycles have taken the popular Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 and converted it into a vintage brat bobber

Lynx, that’s the name of this sexy looking motorcycle. Mumbai-based custom house, Lazybone Motorcycles, is the brain behind this mean machine. They’ve taken the very popular Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 and converted it into this – a vintage brat bobber.

The Lynx looks has a good blend of black and silver with a subtle garnishing of chrome. It gets a custom fuel tank, single-piece handle bar and round custom headlight. The twin pod instrument cluster from the Thunderbird has been removed to give it a rawer feel. The rear end of the motorcycle receives an offset tail lamp unit and number plate holder. The turn indicators on the right are uniquely mounted on the axle, while the front ones are at the lower portion of the downtube. Last but not the least, the chrome motif that you see on the fuel tank comes from an Ambassador. Nice touch, that! Also See – Best Modified Royel Enfield Bullets In India

The custom house has stripped down the fenders and other stock parts which were not in align with the bobber theme. For lower height, the motorcycle has received an extended swingarm – that’s three inches more than the stock unit. The folks haven’t altered the stock suspension having telescopic forks at the front and twin shocks at the rear. The braking duty is taken care by the stock setup including a disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear. Also See – Top 5 Best Modified Royal Enfield Classic 350

The Lynx retains the stock 350cc AVL engine of the Thunderbird. But for a better track, it gets a Megaphone exhaust with removable glass-wool. The tiny fuel tank can only hold 7.5 litres of petrol and is hand-made. The aesthetically matching seat is hand-made as well.
