MG Vision-i MPV Concept

MG Motors has unveiled the Vision-i concept car at the 2020 Auto Expo. Beside this concept, MG has also showcased the Gloster premium SUV, Hector 6-seater SUV, ZS EV, HS SUV and Marvel X pure electric SUV at the biennial event. The Vision-i concept was first showcased under the Roewe brand at the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show.

Claimed to be the “World’s first 5G smart cockpit”, the MG Vision-i concept car combines the perfect combination of a large space MPV and SUV. Called the SPV, which company referred as Smart Proactive Vehicle – intelligent and active interactive car.

The new MG MPV concept comes with lot of “future” technology design highlights. The front face of the concept has multiple LED strips and illuminating decoration on the front grille. The concept has aerodynamic design and kits, such as the technical optical rim, which reduces wind resistance and automatically lights up when the person or animal approaches the car. At the back, the MPV has simple design taillights.

The highlight of the interior of the MG Vision-i concept is the no-screen design cockpit concept. The MPV is claimed to offer multiple “driving” modes such as education, leisure, driving, sleeping or meeting. This model will come with autonomous driving technology.

MG’s new MPV concept car has flexible and varied seat layout form. This 5G enabled cockpit of the concept car features a SKY VISION full cabin intelligent interactive system with full-chamber interaction capability, which can realize the content required by the user in any need.
