MG Marvel X SUV Unveiled in India – Auto Expo 2020
MG Motors has showcased 14 new cars at the ongoing 2020 Delhi Auto Expo. In this article, we bring you live pictures and details about the Roewe Marvel X pure electric SUV. This pure electric SUV has been manufactured by SAIC Group under the Roewe brand and is currently on sale in the Chinese market.

The MG Marvel X pure EV comes with two electric motors, which are fitted over the front and rear axles. In the Chinese market, the EV is available in 2 variants – AWD and 2WD. While the all-wheel-drive model offers a top power of 297bhp and 665Nm of torque, the 2WD model produces 183bhp of power and 410Nm of torque.
The MG Marvel X is claimed to offer an impressive range of 500km. It also supports fast charging option. This exciting SUV can be charged up to 80 per cent in 40 minutes using the DC fast charger. It accelerates to 100kmph from zero in just 4.8 seconds before hitting an electronically limited top speed of 180kmph. The SUV has iBooster Intelligent Control System that enhances the emergency braking response.
SAIC Motor Corporation claims that the MG Marvel X pure EV has 5-star safety standard design. It is packed with six high-voltage circuit safety management strategies and IP67 battery with anti-intrusion protection level.
For safety and security, the Marvel X gets intelligent parking assistance, A1 cruise full-speed intelligent cruise, automatic emergency brake, forward collision alarm, real-life driving assistance system, etc.
The MG Marvel X pure EV also has an exclusive luxury key with ‘Welcome Mode’ and remote control that opens streamer wings all LED lights, hidden door handles and outside rear view mirrors. Other premium features include German Bader punched Nappa leather seat upholstery.
