Mercedes-Benz India has announced the launch of the A-Class and B-Class special editions on June 24. The special editions will be named as the ‘Edition 1’, and are based on the A-Class A 180 CDI and the B-Class B 180 CDI.
The special editions will get some additional features including panoramic sunroof, electrically adjustable front seats, reversing camera, new alloys, etc. These editions will also get Edition 1 badge to look different from the standard models.
Under the hood, the special editions will get the same 2.2-litre diesel engine that produces 107bhp of top power. The ground clearance of the cars is likely to go up, which makes it easier to drive through rugged Indian roads.
