Maruti Jimny Rendering

A few days back, we have reported that Maruti Suzuki will bring in the bigger, 5-door version of the Jimny off-road SUV in the country. It will be a more practical model for the Indian market. At the 2020 Auto Expo, the carmaker showcased the 3-door model of the vehicle. The 5-door Maruti Jimny is reported to be launched as the new-generation Gypsy. The SUV will hit our roads sometime in 2021. While its launch is months away, a digital rendering gives us an idea what it could look like.

The front fascia of the rendered Maruti Jimny looks more rugged than its 3-door version. The SUV carries a black body guard on the radiator grille and the round fog lamps have been replaced with sleek strips. The vehicle also gets a revised bonnet.
