The Maruti Swift Limited Edition is priced at Rs 5.44 lakh (petrol) and Rs 6.39 lakh (diesel), ex-showroom, Delhi.

Maruti Suzuki has introduced a new special edition of the Swift hatchback – Maruti Swift Limited Edition. Though the company hasn’t yet conveyed anything official about the new model, there is an advertisement published in today’s Mid Day newspaper edition revealing its special features.

Available in both petrol and diesel engine options, the new Maruti Swift Limited Edition has been priced at Rs 5.44 lakh and Rs 6.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. On the exterior, the special edition gets decals running across the hood, sides and the roof. Inside, the car features a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The speakers of its audio system come with extra bass. The limited edition kit also includes sporty steering cover with decals matching highlights, exclusive seat covers and carpet mats. Besides the new Maruti Swift Limited Edition, the Indo-Japanese is planning to bring in the new-generation of the hatchback. The all-new Swift will make its India debut at the Auto Expo in February, 2018. This biennial event will be held from February 9 to 14 at Greater Noida.

Apart this, the carmaker has a handful of new products for the Indian market. The company’s highly popular mid-size sedan – Ciaz – will also receive its first facelift by mid 2018. The carmaker has also confirmed that it will launch a premium 7-seater SUV in India. The new-generation Ertiga, Ertiga-based crossover, new Wagon R and an all-new hatchback are among important models from Maruti Suzuki that will see release in a couple of years.
