Maruti Swift Dzire Allure Edition Goes On Sale

Maruti Swift Dzire Allure Edition

Maruti Swift Dzire Allure limited edition comes with an exclusive accessory kit available in all shades of the sub-compact sedan.

Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) has introduced a new special edition of the Swift Dzire compact sedan. It’s called the Maruti Swift Dzire Allure, and comes with a sporty accessory kit. The carmaker hasn’t revealed its prices yet, and we think it will be offered as an accessory kit at the company’s dealership.

On the exterior, the Maruti  Dzire Allure features a chrome bumper corner protector, side skirt, chrome window frame kit, chrome garnished bootlid and chrome-finished ‘Allure’ badge. Buyers can chose this exclusive kit with any shade of the sedan – ALP Blue, Magma Grey, Cave Black, Silky Silver and Sangria Red. Read – Upcoming Maruti Suzuki Cars in India

What’s new inside the cabin is the dual tone beige and chocolate brown leather seat covers with ‘Allure’ branded pillows. Features like leather steering wheel cover, faux wood garnish on the dashboard and door and beige floor carpets add more to its interior appearance. The Maruti Swift Dzire Allure edition also gets a front centre armrest, ambient white lighting and an optional Nertz audio system.

Since it’s just a special edition, things under the skin remain unchanged. That means, the Maruti Swift Dzire Allure edition is available with both 1.3-litre DDiS diesel and 1.2-litre K-Series petrol engines. While the former is good for 74bhp (at 4,000rpm) and 190Nm (at 2,000 rpm), the latter one produces 83.14bhp at 6,000 rpm and 115 Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. Transmission options, too, remain the same – i.e. a 5-speed manual (standard) and a 5-speed AMT (diesel only). Read – Maruti Suzuki Ignis – All You Need to Know
