Maruti Suzuki India is gearing up to launch the Ciaz mid-sized sedan in the country in October. Bookings for the sedan have already commenced at a token amount of Rs. 21,000. It will compete against the likes of Honda City, Hyundai Verna and others. The company endorsed Ranveer Singh as a brand ambassador for the Ciaz sedan.
Maruti Suzuki has revealed all the specifications and features of the sedan. Taking its inspiration from the Suzuki Authentic design concept, the Ciaz is longest car in its league and offers best-in class boot space. Interestingly, it is also claimed to be the country’s most fuel efficient car with diesel engine reported 26.21kmpl of mileage while the petrol engine delivers best-in-class 20.73kmpl.
