2018 J.D. Power India Initial Quality Study was based on the problems owners have experienced while driving their vehicles for 7,000km or more in their initial 2-6 months. All problems are summarized as the number of problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). That means, lower the PP100 score, lower incidence of problems and higher initial quality.
