Maruti Suzuki aims to update its 80 regular showrooms to the new ‘Maruti Suzuki Arena’ by the end of this financial year.

As part of its transformation journey, Marut Suzuki India (MSI) introduced NEXA in 2015, followed by True Value 2.0 and now is the time for the regular showrooms. In a bid to serve the demands of young Indians, the Indo-Japanese carmaker has announced transformation of its regular retail network across the country. The new showrooms – Maruti Suzuki ARENA are claimed to be dynamic, trendy and tech-loaded.

With Maruti Suzuki ARENA network, the company aims to provide a new kind of car buying experience to its customers. The new showrooms will look modern and offer a friendly and comfortable environment. At the new Maruti showrooms, customers who have already registered on the company’s official website can simply enter their mobile number on the Navigation Portal placed at the reception area. It fetches all the information and research data. This portal allows you to explore the entire product portfolio via interactive Product Vision Touchscreens.

The new Maruti Arena showrooms will also have a dedicated Personalisation Zone with car configurators that enable to electronically custom the cars with different accessories. With the help of new technology, the relationship managers can address customers’ queries promptly. They can showcase you a wide range of Maruti Suzuki products and variants for ease of comparison. The new Maruti Arena showrooms will also have a Coffee Consultation Area and an Owners Lounge for friendly conversation and enhancing overall buying experience. Maruti Suzuki aims to achieve 2 million annual sales by 2020 and believes that it can only happen via transformation and innovation. Currently, the Indo-Japanese carmaker has over 2050 regular dealerships. The company will update 80 Maruti Suzuki showrooms to the new ‘Maruti Suzuki Arena’ in this financial year. The update will be done in a phase manner.
