The new Maruti Ertiga Tour M variant directly targets the cab and commercial fleet market.
Maruti Suzuki has added an all-new variant to its Ertiga line-up, called the Tour M. Similar to the Dzire Tour S, the new Ertiga Tour M variant directly targets the cab and commercial fleet market. The new variant is based on the mid-level VXi trim, which is fairly equipped. Most of the Maruti’s offering for the fleet owners are based on the entry-level variants of the respective models. The Maruti Ertiga Tour M is available at a price of Rs 7.99 lakh.
The Maruti Ertiga Tour M variant comes equipped with features like power steering, all-4 power windows, central locking, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, etc. The safety features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, seatbelt reminder, rear parking sensors and speed alert system. Unlike the base model, the Tour M gets a chromed grille, projector headlights, body coloured wing mirrors with integrated blinkers and door handles, etc. The Ertiga Tour M is available in 3 exterior paint schemes – Pearl Midnight Black, Pearl Arctic White and Metallic Silky Silver. Powering the Maruti Ertiga Tour M is a BS4 compliant 1.5-litre, K15B petrol engine that is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. This engine is capable of producing 105bhp of power and 138Nm of torque. The company is also expected to introduce the factory-fitted CNG kit in the Ertiga Tour M.
