Maruti Celerio Tour H2 Launched At Rs 4.21 Lakh

– Based on LXi (O) variant, the new Maruti Celerio Tour H2 edition is priced at Rs 4.21 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

– It comes equipped with a speed-limiting device as standard and the top speed is limited to 80kmph.

– Driver side airbag comes as standard, and it rides on 14-inch naked steel wheels.

While automakers are busy doing final preparations for the 14th edition of Asia’s biggest automotive event, Maruti Suzuki has silently introduced a new tax version of the Celerio hatchback. Called Maruti Celerio Tour H2, the new model is specifically launched for cab aggregators. Based on the LXi (O) variant, the new Celerio Tour H2 is priced at Rs 4.21 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In terms of pricing, this model is positioned between the regular LXi and LXi (O) variants.

The Maruti Celerio Tour H2 is equipped with a speed-limiting device as a standard fitment. According to new Indian government regulations, taxis in the country will have to be equipped with a speed limiting device. Similar to the Maruti Suzuki Dzire Tour S taxi, the Celerio Tour H2’s top speed is limited to 80kmph. It is powered by the same 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that is capable of producing a maximum power output of 68bhp and a peak torque of 90Nm. Maruti Suzuki Swift 2018 Review

Maruti Celerio Tour H2 is based on the hatchback’s LXi (O) trim and shares all the features available in the regular model. It comes equipped with driver’s side airbag as standard and the model rides on 14-inch steel wheels. As a reminder, the LXi Optional is tagged at Rs 4.34 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes it around Rs 13,000 higher than the Tour H2.
