Maruti Suzuki e-Survivor Auto Expo 2018

Next in our list of new Maruti Cars at Auto Expo 2018 is the Suzuki’s global e-Survivor concept, which was already previewed to global media in several auto shows. This small off-roader concept was first previewed at the Tokyo Motor Show in 2017. According to the Suzuki, the e-Survivor shares styling cues from the Jimny and the Vitara.

Featuring unique styling and two-seats layout, the e-Survivor concept previews Suzuki’s futuristic mini SUV design. It is based on Suzuki’s ladder-frame chassis that also underpins the global Jimny SUV. The design of the front fascia shares resemblance with Jimny, featuring 5-slot grille and round-shaped headlights. There is a white LED illuminated border on the grille slots and around circular headlights. This concept gets huge wheel arches and sporty large tyres.

Inside the cabin, the e-Survivor concept has a large glass panel, while the spherical display shows the surrounding areas. It also has several sensors mounted around the SUV that give the information to the screen. The new e-Survivor off-roader concept is equipped with an electric motor as powertrain. The concept comes equipped with four-electric motors, one in each wheel, supported by an AWD (all-wheel-drive) system.
