Mahindra XUV300 Receives 4,000 Bookings Before Its Launch
Mahindra XUV300 is estimated to be priced between Rs 8 lakh – Rs 12 lakh.
According to a fresh media report, Mahindra & Mahindra’s upcoming XUV300 subcompact SUV has received 4,000 bookings so far. Official bookings for the vehicle had commenced in January, 2019. The launch of the Mahindra XUV300 is slated to happen on coming 14th February in Mumbai.
Sporting ‘Cheetah-inspired’ design, the new Mahindra compact SUV will lock horns against Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport and Tata Nexon. One of the major reasons why Mahindra XUV300 has been attracting buyers’ attention are its segment first features including seven airbags, dual zone automatic climate control, all disc brakes, LED projector headlamps and taillamps and 17-inch alloy wheels. Mahindra XUV300 will be offered with two engine options – a 1.2L petrol and a 1.5L diesel. The latter one is carried over from the Marazzo MPV, but de-tuned for the compact SUV. The gasoline motor develops a peak power of 110bhp with 200Nm of torque, while the oil burner delivers 115bhp with 300Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual gearbox with FWD system will be standard across the carline.
