Mahindra XUV300 Gets Over 13,000 Bookings In One Month
Official bookings for the Mahindra XUV300 were commenced on 9th January, 2019.
Exactly a month ago (14th February), Mahindra & Mahindra introduced its subcompact SUV – XUV300 – in the country. Now, the carmaker has announced that the vehicle has received over 13,000 bookings and over 2.5 lakh inquiries so far. Official bookings for the Mahindra XUV300 were commenced on 9th January, 2019.
In fact, the Mahindra XUV300 outsold one of its arch rivals – Ford EcoSport – in the very first month its arrival. Mahindra’s new subcompact SUV comes in three trims – W4, W6 and W8 – and two engine options – a 1.2L G80 turbocharged petrol and a 1.5L turbo diesel. Prices of the SUV start from Rs 7.90 lakh and go up to Rs 11.99 lakh (all, ex-showroom Delhi).

The XUV300 petrol delivers a top power of 110bhp at 5000rpm and 200Nm of peak torque at 2000 – 3500rpm, while the diesel version returns 115bhp at 3750rpm and 300Nm of torque at 1500 – 2500rpm. The Mahindra XUV300 is one of the most feature-loaded cars in its league. The subcompact SUV also offers multiple segment-first features including seven airbags, four disc brakes, front parking sensors, heated wing mirrors, dual-zone climate control and smart steering.
