Mahindra TUV300 Gets New Dual Tone Colour; Priced at Rs 9.15 Lakh

Available only on the top-end T8 trim (100bhp, MT), the new dual tone Mahindra TUV300 variant is priced at Rs 9.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Mahindra & Mahindra had introduced a more powerful version of the TUV300 early this year (May, 2016). Now, the home-grown carmaker has rolled out a new dual tone colour option (Silver & Black) on the vehicle for customers to choose from. One must note that the new dual shade is available only on the top-spec T8 (100bhp, MT) variant. Priced at Rs 9.15 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new colour variant is Rs 15,000 pricier than the regular single colour model.

Interested buyers can pre-book the new dual tone Mahindra TUV300 at the company’s dealerships across the nation. Besides this, the carmaker is also offering other colour schemes and variants in dual tone with an option of Black/White roof decal. It will also be available through Mahindra Genuine Accessories. As a reminder, Mahindra had launched the TUV300 in Bronze Green colour on the Independence day.

The new dual tone Mahindra TUV300 gets a combination of a silver body with black roof, dual tone front & rear bumpers and blackened side pillars. Now, the compact SUV is available in a total of eight paint jobs – Dual-tone Silver & Black (new*), Verve Blue, Dynamite Red, Molten Orange, Glacier White, Majestic Silver, Bold Black and Bronze Green. Commenting on the introduction of the new dual tone colour scheme in the TUV300, VivekNayer, Chief Marketing Officer, Automotive Division, M&M Ltd., said, “The launch of the new silver & black dual tone TUV300 will build on its aspiration quotient by dialling up on style and exclusivity, and thus further enhance the brand’s appeal. We are confident that this new colour scheme will soon become very popular among our discerning customers and fans.”

Launched in September 2015, the Mahindra TUV300 comes with a 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder, mHawk80 and a mHawk100 diesel engines producing 82.5bhp with 230Nm and 100bhp with 240Nm respectively. The TUV300 was India’s first SUV to get autoSHIFT Automated Manual Transmission Technology (AMT). The Renault Duster Easy R-AMT was the second SUV to get this technology.
