Mahindra Reva Electric vehicle is planning to export the E2o electric car in European nations including UK and Norway by the end of this fiscal. According to FE, the company is working on features such as power steering, airbags, anti-lock braking system and powerful battery. These features would make this car suitable for the countries where Mahindra Reva is planning to introduce this model.
UK and Norway offer special duty cut on electric vehicles, where Mahindra Reva managed to sold around 1500 and 500 Reva cars, respectively. Such performance has instigated the company to launch the E2o in the two countries.
Moreover, the company is also aiming to make its entry into the Sri Lankan market. This nation is also offering special discounts on electric cars. Recently, Mahindra Reva launched E2o in Nepal and Bhutan; the company has already exported around 30 E2o cars in the two countries.
