Prices of the Mahindra Marazzo MPV fall in the range of Rs 9.99 lakh – Rs 13.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Pan India).

All New Mahindra Marazzo is finally here! The home-grown carmaker has introduced the much-awaited Marazzo MPV in the Indian market. Available in four trims – M2, M4, M6 and M8, the new Mahindra MPV has been priced between Rs 9.99 lakh – Rs 13.95 lakh (ex-showroom, Pan India). At this price point, the base version of the Mahindra Marazzo takes on the upcoming new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the top-spec model puts up against the Toyota Innova Crysta.

All variants of the Mahindra Marazzo are packed with a newly-developed 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The oil burner delivers a claimed power of 121bhp and 300Nm of peak torque. It delivers a claimed mileage of 17.6kmpl. Interestingly, the Mahindra Marazzo is the largest passenger vehicle yet to come out of the carmaker’s stable. Design and styling of the Mahindra Marazzo has been inspired by the Shark and it’s said to carry some bits of the predator fish. Upfront, the MPV features a chrome-toothed grille, projector headlamps with LED DRLs, sculpted bonnet, shorter overhangs, a large bumper with split radiator air-intakes and new fog lamps.

Other key elements include a shark-fin antenna, blacked out B and C pillars, chrome window trim and door handles, dual tone alloy wheels (top-spec trim only), large LED taillamps inspired by shark’s tail and dual tone rear bumper with integrated reflectors (top-spec trim only). The Mahindra Marazzo is available with both 7-seats and 8-seats configurations. The 7-seater version gets foldable captain seats for the second row, the 8-seater model comes with a bench seat with 40:20:40 split ratio. Mahindra equips the MPV with lots of comfort goodies including industry-first surround cool technology, AC vents for all three rows, automatic climate control, three-spoke steering wheel with mounted controls, dual pod instrument console with a large MID unit and a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto connectivity (only on the top-spec trim). Read – Upcoming Mahindra Cars In India

There is gloss black finish on the top panel, chrome bezels around angular air con vents and brushed silver panels around the centre tunnel. For safety provision, the Mahindra Marazzo gets dual airbags, ABS (anti-lock braking system) with EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution) and rear parking camera and sensors as standard fitments.
