The highly-awaited Mahindra Marazzo 7-seater premium MPV will officially go on sale in India on September 3, 2018. Ahead of its launch, Mahindra dealers have started accepting pre-orders for the MPV. Interested buyers can pre-book this premium MPV by paying a sum of Rs 10,000. However, official bookings for the MPV are yet to be started by the automaker.
Mahindra is yet to reveal the model, but dealer dispatches have already been started across India. The company has revealed the interior images and some of the features of the new MPV. Expect more pictures to come before September 3rd release. It is claimed to be equipped with several industry-first features including the centrally-mounted rear air-conditioning vents.

The MPV will be equipped with modern features as well. It will come with a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, leather seats, climate control, multi-functional steering wheel, etc.
The new Mahindra Marazzo will come in two seating layouts – seven as well as eight-seat. While the seven-seat model will come with captain seats for the middle row, the 8-seater will get a bench seat for the second row.
Under the bonnet of the new Marazzo is expected to be a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine that is likely to produce over 120bhp of power and 300Nm of torque. This engine will be paired to a six-speed manual gearbox. Features like dual-airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors will come as standard.
In terms of pricing, the Mahindra Marazzo MPV will be slotted somewhere between the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Toyota Innova Crysta. Based on the company’s all-new platform, the Marazzo will have the largest footprint of any Mahindra passenger car yet. It is claimed to have an aerodynamic design with low coefficient of drag. Design highlights include chrome-toothed grille, projector headlights, LED DRLs, a shark-fin antenna, multi-spoke alloys and large LED tail-lamps.
