Ultra luxury car manufacturer Lamborghini will launch the much-hyped Huracan in the Indian car market by the festive season. The replacement of Lamborghini’s best selling model the Gallardo, the Huracan, made its global debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The company recently brought this supercar to showcase it to the Lamborghini’s rich audience in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi.
Under the hood, the vehicle gets the 5.3-litre V10 engine that is capable of developing a top power output of 610bhp and 560Nm of top torque. This engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch gearbox which channeled the power to all four wheels. The new model is based on a new lightweight platform, which will also underpin the new generation Audi R8.
Currently, Lamborghini only sells the Aventador in the Indian market through its dealerships in Delhi and Mumbai. The Lamborghini has already made a stunning debut with over 1,500 bookings in few months of its introduction.
