The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer, KTM has introduced the 2018 KTM Duke 390 White colour variant at Rs 2.97 lakh (on-road, Bangalore). New 2018 KTM Duke 390 Design

For 2018 model year, the White-coloured Duke 390 gets fuel tank shroud in white shade and trellis frame mounted heat deflector plate. This plate directs hot air of the engine’s cooling fan to protect the rider’s legs from the exhaust heat. The radiator of the cooling fan is now faster than before, and results better engine cooling. KTM has also updated the bike’s software for the LED headlamp and digital instrument cluster. Though, the design and styling remain unchanged. Sitting on the steel trellis frame, the 2018 Duke 390 features bold stance and a more aggressive design similar to the old model. Most of its design bits have been carried over from the 1290 Super Duke. The bike continues to feature the revised front fenders. Features such as new split LED headlight with DRLs, new tank extensions and large shrouds in contrast colour, wide rear-view mirroes, UV resistant paint, black-painted handlebar and smaller rear section add more to its sporty appearance.

The updated 2018 model also retains the Metzeler tyres, clear lens indicators, adjustable handlebar levers, black-coloured rear view mirrors, split seats and LED tail light. Compared to the new Duke 200, the 2018 KTM Duke 390 is more feature-loaded. The updated version of the bike features an all-new coloured LCD instrument cluster and separate function forks – one for compression damping and other for rebound damping duties. However, both the Dukes share a bunch of features.
