The Kia Seltos X-Line, the rugged version of the Seltos compact SUV, recently made its India debut at the Auto Expo 2020. The showcased model was the Seltos Trail Attack concept with custom dual-tone paint scheme. It comes with the custom 2-inch lift kit increasing its ground clearance to 234mm.

Major change has been made under the bonnet. The Kia Seltos X-Line derives its power from a 1.6L turbocharged petrol engine that delivers a maximum power of 174bhp. This makes it around 37bhp more powerful than the Seltos 1.4L T-GDI petrol model.
Unlike the India-spec Seltos that comes with a CVT and torque convertor automatic gearbox options, the X-Line model gets a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. Besides this, the SUV’s rugged version features electronic AWD (all-wheel-drive) system with a central differential locking system making it more capable than the standard model.
