Kia Seltos Rival – New Hyundai Creta Prices to be Announced Tomorrow

The long-wait for the new-gen 2020 Hyundai Creta is all set to over, as the Korean automaker will finally announce the prices of the SUV tomorrow. Unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo, the new Creta will directly rival the likes of the best-selling Kia Seltos and the Nissan Kicks.

Interested buyers can book the new Hyundai Creta online or via dealership by paying an initial amount of Rs 25,000. The SUV has received overwhelming response from buyers with bookings crosses 10,000 mark in less than 7 days. Hyundai Creta 2020 Spec

The new Hyundai Creta will be based on the modified version of the K2 platform, which also underpins the Kia Seltos, Verna and the Elantra. Not just platform, the mid-sized SUV also shares the engine specifications with the Korean cousin. It will be offered in 3 engine options – a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol, a 1.5-litre, turbocharged diesel and a 1.4-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol.

Similar to the Seltos, the Hyundai Creta 2020 gets automatic gearbox option with all the engines. A 6-speed manual gearbox driving the power to the front wheels will come as standard. 2020 Hyundai Creta Interior Details

In terms of styling, the new generation Hyundai Creta looks similar to that of the Chinese-spec ix25. It gets signature cascading grille, split headlamp setup with slim LED indicators on top and LED projectors and DRLs on lower bumper, squared wheel arches, thick C-pillar, and split LED tail-lamps.

The new Hyundai Creta is equipped with several features including 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Voice navigation, Blue Link connected car tech, multi-functional steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, air purifier, wireless charging, and a 7-inch full-colour digital instrument console.
