Kia Seltos GTX+ Petrol & Diesel AT Launched; Priced At Rs 16.99 Lakh
Kia Motors recently rolled out its first product for India – Kia Seltos SUV. Within first month of its launch, the Seltos outsold all its rivals and became India’s top-selling mid-size SUV. The compact SUV lineup was introduced in 16 variants spread across 2 trims along with 6 engine-gearbox combinations.
Now, the carmaker has silently added two new top-spec variants to the Seltos lineup – GTX+. The new GTX+ petrol comes with a 1.4L engine and a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox, while the GTX+ diesel is available with a 1.5L motor and a 6-speed torque convertor automatic transmission. Talking about the features, the new Kia Seltos GTX+ gets a Bose sound system, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, leatherette seats, a sunroof and front parking sensors as standard features. The SUV’s sportier trim – GT Line also offers an 8.0-inch head-up-display, rain sensing wipers and 6 airbags as standard fitments.
Sportier design bits such as red accents on the skid plates, door sills and front brake callipers, GT Line badging on the front and rear and fancier alloy wheels distinguish the GT Line trims from the HT trims. Inside, the sportier version gets all-black theme with contrast red stitching on the seats, steering wheel and gear lever and sport alloy pedals.
