Launched in August 2019, Kia Seltos has completed one successful year in the Indian market. In order to commemorate the occasion, the carmaker is planning to bring in anniversary edition of the SUV. While its official launch is likely to happen in coming weeks, details of the model have been leaked online. On the exterior, the Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition will feature new front and rear skid plates and special anniversary edition stickers. The model will be fitted with 17-inch Raven Black alloy wheels with Orange centre cap. What add more to its sporty appeal are the side sills with Tangerine inserts, Tangerine coloured fog lamp surrounds and Tangerine dual muffler design. The new Seltos special edition will also come with MT smart key remote engine start.

Since the new Kia Seltos limited edition will be based on the HTX trim, it will come with features such as ‘Ice cube’ LED fog lamps, front USB charging, electrically adjustable ORVMs with in-built turn indicators, a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 6 speaker music system, UVO Lite connectivity suite and more.
The new Seltos special edition will be made available in two exclusive dual-tone colours – Steel Silver with Aurora Black Pearl and Gravity Grey with Aurora Black Pearl. Shades such as Glacier White Pearl with Aurora Black Pearl and Aurora Black Pearl will be carried over from the regular model.
Similar to the regular model, the Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition will come with the 1.5L petrol (113bhp/144Nm) and 1.5L diesel (113bhp/250Nm) engines. While a 6-speed manual gearbox will be standard, a CVT automatic unit and a torque converter transmission will be optional.
