The cruiser segment has experienced lots of new launches and unveils in recent months, and two examples are the Keeway V302C and the new QJ Motor SRV 300. So here we have put together these two motorcycles to see how they fare against each other.
Dimensions
With a slightly longer wheelbase, bigger fuel tank and lower seat height than the QJ Motor’s SRV 300, the Keeway V302C has the edge over the SRV 300.
Specifications Comparison
QJ Motor SRV 300 | Keeway V302C | |
Engine | 296cc | 298cc |
No of Cylinders | 2 | 2 |
Max Power | 30.3PS | 29.9PS |
Peak Torque | 26Nm | 26.5Nm |
Gearbox | 6-speed | 6-speed |
Drivetrain | Chain drive | Belt Drive |
Engine Cooling | liquid-cooled | liquid-cooled |
Powering the QJ Motor SRV 300 cruiser is a liquid-cooled 296cc V-twin motor dishing out 30.3PS and 26Nm, making it 0.4PS more potent than the Keeway V302C’s 298cc, liquid-cooled, V-twin unit. However, the latter has more torque on offer. Another critical difference between the two is the drivetrain. While the V302C has a belt drive that requires less maintenance and runs quieter, the SRV 300 has a chain drive.
Underpinnings
The underpinnings of both bikes are more or less the same; the only significant difference is that the Keeway cruiser gets a bigger front disc.
Features
Both QJ Motor SRV 300 and Keeway V302C cruisers are equipped with LED lighting systems, dual-channel ABS, and digital instrument clusters. However, they aren’t smartphone compatible, which is a huge letdown, especially at its price point.
