Mahendra Singh Dhoni, India’s successful Cricket team captain, own quite a few exotic, superbikes in his garage. Latest to join the long list is one of the most fascinating motorcycles in the world- the Kawasaki Ninja H2. Captain Cool has posted the photo of its latest superbike on his Instagram profile with a comment- “Finally the wait is over but another couple of months before I can take her on her first ride.”
The Japanese two-wheeler maker has recently launched the Ninja H2 as the flagship product in the Indian auto market. The bike is priced at Rs. 29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is propelled by a 998cc four-stroke liquid-cooled supercharged engine. This engine is capable of producing a top power output of 200PS at 11,000rpm and a peak torque of 133.5Nm at 10,500rpm. The power can be increased by 10PS to 210PS at 11,000rpm along with Ram Air. Power is transferred to roads via a six-speed gearbox.
Only 5 Kawasaki Ninja H2 has been allocated for Indian market this year, which will be sold through company’s five dealerships. Feature list include launch control, traction control, engine brake control, anti-wheelie, etc. The other bikes at Dhoni’s garage include Kawasaki zx14r, Harley Davidson Fat boy, Yamaha Thundercat, Ducati 1098, Confederate Hellcat X 132, etc.
