The Hyundai Venue compact SUV features BlueLink connectivity technology that offers 33 features out of which 10 are exclusive for India
Hyundai is gearing up for the launch of the Hyundai Venue sub-4 meter SUV in the Indian market. Scheduled to make global debut on April 17, 2019, the new Hyundai Venue will take on the likes of Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport. It is claimed to be the most advanced model in its category, featuring BlueLink connectivity technology that offers 33 features out of which 10 are exclusive for India. Now, the company has revealed the entire list of features that come under the Blue Link tech. Hyundai has broadly classified the entire features in 6 different categories –
The BlueLink connectivity’s safety features include auto crash notification, SOS/Emergency Assistance, Road side assistance and panic notification.
This system offers stolen vehicle notification, stolen vehicle tracking and immobilization.
With the use of Bluelink App, car owner can remotely start/stop the SUV, controls the temperature, door lock or unlock, horn honk and light, etc. This also provides remote vehicle status check, car location and shares my car application. VRM (Vehicle Relationship Management)
The new Hyundai India’s BlueLink tech is far better and modern than the current Auto Link Technology. Besides providing information about the driving behavior and a monthly vehicle health report, the new Blue Link offers diagnostic options as well. The app will automatically inform the owner about any malfunction in the mechanicals. It also provides an option of manual diagnosis to check the functioning of other components.
LBS (Location-Based Services)
Hyundai has joined hands with the global mapping brand, which will provide real-time traffic updates and live car tracking.
The BlueLink app also offers several alert services include Geo fence alert, speed alert, time fencing alert, idle alert, etcc.
Artificial intelligence-based voice command
The Bluelink is claimed to be highly user-friendly. It features an Artificial Intelligence based voice command that is compatible to accommodate different Indian accents.
The Hyundai Venue will be fitted with standard embedded Vodafone sim car for connectivity. The Blue Link services will be free of cost for the first 3 years of ownership.
