Hyundai i10 N Sport Variant Front Leaked Online
Korean automaker, Hyundai has recently launched the new Grand i10 Nios in the Indian market. The company will present the European-spec i10 at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. Hyundai is also working on the performance oriented version of the i10, which will debut at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. Ahead of the debut, the 2019 Hyundai i10 N variant has been leaked online.
The spy picture of the first ever Hyundai i10 N Line reveals the front design. It features a bigger, blacked radiator grille with unique design. Instead of the circular LED daytime running lights with embedded hexagonal lighting, the i10 N gets sportier gill shaped LED strips. Similar to the other Hyundai’s N models, the new i10 N variant will get the sportier looking alloy wheels.
The Hyundai i10 N is likely to receive a dual exhaust system. The changes are expected to be in-line with the Kia Picanto GT Line. The regular Hyundai 10 will be offered with 2 engine options – a 1.0-litre MPi 3-cylinder and a 1.2-litre MPi 4-cylinder. While the former churns out 67bhp of power and 96Nm of torque, the 1.2L unit produces 83bhp and 118Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed automated manual unit.
The Hyundai i10 N Line will be powered by a 1.0-litre T-GDI petrol engine. This engine offers 2 states of tunes – 100PS/172Nm and 120PS/172Nm. Transmission options are likely to include a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The N Line variant will have stiffer suspension setup, which will offer better handling and driving dynamics.
