Honda City Prices Slashed In India By Up To Rs 33,000
The 2019 Honda City is now available within the price range of Rs 9.70 lakh – Rs 14.05 lakh.
Honda Car India (HCI) has discontinued the entry-level petrol ‘S’ variant of the Honda City sedan in the country. Now, the SV petrol trim serves as the base trim of the carline. Now, the petrol variants of the vehicle are available within the price range of Rs 9.70 lakh – Rs 14.05 lakh. The diesel trims have been priced from Rs 11.00 lakh to Rs 14.05 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

Recently, the Honda City receives a new ZX MT petrol variant priced at Rs 12.75 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The carmaker also introduced two new metallic paint schemes to the carline – Radiant Red Metallic and Lunar Silver Metallic – along with the regular White Orchid Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic and Modern Steel Metallic shades.
Currently, the Honda City comes with two powertains – a 1.5L i-VTEC petrol and 1.5L i-DTEC diesel. The former makes 118bhp with 145Nm, and the latter offers 99bhp with 200Nm. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and a CVT unit.
